Definitely some beginner exotic flow. Things like articulation, head position, weight transfer, extension — things to make easy moves look pretty and graceful. Sometimes in these damn classes I’m so busy trying to learn the choreos (which are billed as beginner but never really are) to really make beginner flow look as good as possible.

I am very much a beginner and am just getting used to pole. I spent some time yesterday doing the warmup, and then practicing a few easy pole spins (attitude and back hook) over and over until I developed some body memory, then did one of the stretch sessions. I am sore today so I’m going to have a very easy spin on my bike. Tomrrow I want to work on fan leg into a pole sit.

Thank you Veena for continuing to update all of this amazing content!! So glad to have found you and joined you.

That was so lovely of you. I missed the month but I am very happy to pay for this treasure trove of help. I had just started pole classes in January, and one of the problems with class is that often foundations are missed. I am glad that this incredible resource exists so I can practice at home and start nailing some of the basics. Thank you for all that you do and I bought a year today too.
