Leesi L’Ru provides FabPole training. Here’s a link to her website: http://www.lrustudios.com/
She even offers Skype lessons. I’ve really enjoyed mine, so far – need to get back to them but unfortunately have a minor injury right now from pole, not fabpole.

I have and like the gloves with tack. I don’t use them often but when I do they’re comfortable and work well. No problems with tack coming off. Also just got the Trixie toes with tack and the liquid motion knee pads with tack. The Trixie toes are much more comfortable than what I was using before and I love the knee pads – I’ve been having some knee pain when kneeling and these are really helping that.

Hi all – I’ve been enjoying my new silicon pole, too! When I inquired, this is the response I received from xpole regarding clothing and cleaning: “Yes just clean the pole with rubbing alcohol as needed. You can wear any clothes you would like on the pole- we recommend clothes because the silicone will most likely pull at your bare skin a bit- too much friction. however if you do have bare skin, your skin will not damage the pole, just be mindful that you can get skin burns from the friction on bare skin.”
I look forward to hearing what you all find most comfortable.

Looks beautiful! Nice and easy to read. Thanks to those of you who did such a nice (and fast) job organizing and planning. And of course thanks to Veena for the demos. I’m too embarrassed to post videos, but I’ll be working along with you all!

Wonderful idea! I’d love to see a daily plan (I’m not good at making it up on my own….)

Hi Sieira! Please do let us all know how you like it. I’m particularly interested since I’m considering one, too. Really like my chrome xpole, but would like to pole wearing more clothing than what we can with chrome….

Hello – I’ve been trying to use the coupon code to buy a mighty grip mat, but keep getting a “coupon code invalid” message when I enter Veena1 as the code. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Thanks very much for your help.
