Weirdly i write with my write hands but it surf goofie (lefty) and left is my dominate side on the pole. i hate working with my right arm because it is weaker. i did some right spins yesterday and my arm feels like its gunna pop out of its socket -

dang girl. i just started yesterday and thought i was getting battered up. i was showing off the bruises to my fiance earlier. lol. the majority of mine are on the insides of my calves followed by inner thighs. how long have you been poling?

newbie question is this a split on the pole or just a basic split on the ground. i use to do alot of gymnastics and ballet so i am regaining flexability pretty fast but i stll feel like an elephant trying to climb a tree at times. slight exaguration but you get it. i can do my full splits on the floor again though. both ways https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif woo
