She is amazing! But.. I didn't like how they were talking about stripping.. I am an exotic dancer and I do all my tricks when I am doing a set and I make damn good money doing it. I have been told that I make it look like an art and have had many women that come in to the club ask me for classes. While yes I take my clothes off for a living I am very clean and do not make it look trashy! Just upset me that's all!

Smaller Poles are easier to learn tricks on but harder to hold with thighs. If you have problems with your hands then you want a smaller pole because your whole hand can grab it and have room to spare with your fingers that way you are using more of your palm to hold on… the thumb problem… some moves you don't even need your thumb to be involved. Like spins.. smaller poles are easier to do standing spins on in my experience.

I have them and it is one of the sexiest things on anyone! if it is bothering you then cold compresses help alot and Advil will help with the inflammation.

When I am dancing I find that if I get out of breath it is always helpful to do something other than the pole like floor work or dancing along the wall. This gives you time to catch your breath and move around a little bit so you are still doing a little cardio. When I teach I tell the women the same thing. I usually walk up to a wall and bend at the waist to stretch my legs a little. It looks sexy if you do it right, i.e. touch the bottom of you leg by your ankle and glide your hand up to your thigh while standing up, it helps open your lungs up to get a full breath, if you inhale while doing it.
