    I was actually just looking at them.. I’m glad I found this site cause its been very frustrating just finder stuff on you tube and those aren’t always the best

    i want the strength [art for sure but i have no dance skills. yes it would be nice to learn some dance but i want core are strength.. I have access to a studio but hard to get my wife to show me things so im having to do this on my own. I watch videos and try things thats it. Lots of advance stuff i can find but hard to find guy beginner stuff
