I was the only one in my beginner class that seemed to have issues with my wrists. I have eczema on my wrists so doing pole irritated it alot. I just when to dick’s sporting goods and bought some. They work great.

I had laser hair removal done. It take several months to complete and is quite painful. It doesn’t get everything but is much better so all you have to do is some light shaving. It can get expensive to do though depending on how many sessions you get done.
