Thanks girls. Tite Grip works for me but I find it doesnt last long and I have to reapply 2-4 times in a single 1 hr class. I'm hoping DGP would last longer. Where do you girls order it? Anyone selling it in the states?

Can this move be done from a gemini-(gemini switch) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_question.gif I’m very comfortable in the gemini but not that strong on the scorpio.

All right VEENA. I’m starting to come out slowly but surely. I’m Joni from mississauga, ontario. I have been pole dancing for 2 years. I’m 43 and just felt so much older than you all in your 20’s and 30’s, so I HAVE BEEN HIDING just watching all the great vids and great topics. BUT i am slowly creaping out of the woodwork. I have learned alot from you all and I THANK YOU ALL for that. Joni https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif

Does anyone know if CHARLEY had made her tutorial on the spinning scorpio/scorpio switch? I can’t seen to find it on her site or you tube. I would really like to see a breakdown/tutorial of this move. I just love it. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_question.gif

MemberAugust 22, 2009 at 6:55 pm in reply to: STACEY NEMOUR’s Secrets of Splits & FlexibiltyHi everyone. I downloaded this dvd yesterday then transfered it into a blank dvd. I really like her bubbly personality as she doesn’t bore me like the more expensive ELASTIC STEEL FLEXIBILITY DVD (no personality there). I have done it twice and already notice a small difference in my range of motion. But I have a long way. (about a foot and a half from front splits). Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get into the split if stretching exercises are done 3 times a week for 20-30 min. I would be happy if I can even be close just to the floor as it would make my chopper and other move look better. Thanks, Joni https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif

Congrats pole-twista, I told you it is a lot easier than it looks. Dont forget to arch your back and point your toes when in the bow and arrow position for a more sexier, artistic shape. Joni

It is alot easier than it looks. Surprisingly, I got the bow and arrow the first time I tried it from the thigh hold. Practice it low at first .Grip tight with both hands ,expect a slight drop into the vertical position but hooking of the ankle is the key to the proper gripping and balance. I find it sexier, more sensual and alot easier to slide down the pole slowly in the bow and arrow position than to bend back up to finish. Hope that helps, joni
