Motion sickness wrist bands. Didn’t think of those working! They are available at most drug stores, but a lot cheaper online at amazon or eBay.

Lacquer or a veneer finish would do it but that’s pretty permanent. Try baby powder or talc on your feet… But really I’m considering Paula Abdulling it in my kitchen… I wonder if my husband would mind lol.

I have only ever had one seriously negative rection to them and it was by my ex and ex mil. They hated it when I had it in our living room when we were together and they hate that there’s a whole bunch of them in my living room now.

Yes lol. I would cocoon (relax, just curl up and swing) and would get such horrible motion sickness. It doesn’t happen as often anymore but I prefer to sprawl out on my stomach with my head out (propped sideways or on my arms) and I don’t get sick, and I feel like it’s more natural for me.

I’ve used Louise Carrington in the past. She was a little more refined than I am. And my street name (like when I was out with the girls not as in streetwalker) was Roxy.

If they are plastic/PVC you can blow dry the plastic with a hair dryer to make it a little more pliable when you put them on, I have wide feet and have a couple pairs that I’ve actually had for years that still need to be heated before I can get them on. You want them snug but not painful toes turning purple snug.

I’ve never really used silks but could you put dry hands on your body or baby powder to help with the sweat?
