I do the same thing! But I don’t know if it is “right”, but my finger won’t evenwrap itself around the pole due to injury.

We get a lot of positive questions from women. As to where they can go to learn. Only one time did we ever have an issue with guys (who were actually celebrating a sweet 16) saying “oh look strippers!”.

Do you have anyone in the continental US that it could be shipped to and in return you pay them and they ship it to you. It used to be less expensive for my former nanny to have things shipped to her parents in California and have them ship it to her in Alaska using another method. It seems like a lot of hastle, but to save a few hundred could be worth it.

As long as you have the photographers consent Pinterest seems to be the place that pole-sperational photos blow up.

Is it for pain in the breast tissue or external pain in the ribcage under the breast?

We really have tried to shift our house into a predominately clean household. I eat a lot of beans (bean burritos with homemade tortillas, yum)and I’m huge on veggies! I find that I can graze all day on uncooked vegetables (sugar snap peas, carrots, broccoli) and not be hungry when I go to bed and my waist size and weight stay lower than what they have been. I take a protein powder in the morning to really get me going. Do you eat eggs and drink milk? As women and polers calcium is so important to us. I was a vegetarian for many years, but after sustaining a knee injury and not healing from it I started eating it again.

And take pictures! We often get down in the dumps while pregnant, but I like back at my preggo pole photos and think they’re slightly awesome.

This was being discussed a few days ago. If you keep your doctor in the loop he/she can advise what aspects of pole you should continue to do. I kept mine in the loop when I was expecting and poled all through it. Listen to your body, and congratulations!

MemberApril 14, 2014 at 10:45 am in reply to: Any tips on practicing pole dance during pregnancy? My personal discovery with pole and pregnancy. I continued to invert and teach until around 30 weeks. At 30 weeks I stopped teaching and just worked out from home. I had the okay from my doctor, and would in no way recomend it without discussing it with your doctor. Obviously I had to give up a few things… Ie no Iron X or geminis. My body bounced back much faster than with my previous pregnancies. There are plenty of ground and upright exercises you can do to help maintain a workout regiment and pole strength without exhausting or hurting yourself. (I stole this from my post on the other thread)
