I just did the whole dvd and it was awesome. Her whole body warmup is a bit short but the prep for front and middle split is great prior to stretching and training for the actual front and middle splits. She really focuses on square hips training. She said for a performance you can do a jazz splits but for actually training for your splits, we need to do square hips. She also has a tutorial on how to properly align the body in your splits. She then goes to stretching the shoulder rotators then on to warming up the back to get it ready for backbend training. I really liked her backbend warm ups. It loosened up my stiff back and I was able to go to the deepest backbend ever for me as well as a full bridge pose. You train at your current flexability but she also trains for really bendy flexability. The hour training went so fast. I already have a jazz front right splits but it is still uncomfortable to hold it longer than a 10 seconds but after my hour class with her with squared hips, I was able to go in my jazz front right splits with no discomfort and held it for 2 minutes. Hope this helps.

I purchased Princess Me Me’s Essential Pole Dance DVD Volume 1 at http://www.poledancedvd.com. Bobbi’s studio in Australia has Spin Pole dvds too but I found it more intermediate to advance spin lessons. The Princess Me me’s dvd is a great introduction lessons to spin mode, So safe to do at home on your own.

Going from an advance plank into layback twisting over into an ayasha is my favorite transition out of advance plank is too. we call it spinderella. If my student was willing to go to a layback from advance plank, there are many combos from there. But she is scared to go into a layback as she fell out of it before at another studio. I was thinking maybe going to a V sit with both hands on pole in a baseball grip, so a no sitting on wrist hello boys move might work for her
