I have both of the LiveOnce dvd . I love ,love, love her 1st beginner to intermediate dvd. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif I’m actually originally self taught and learned pretty much from her 1st dvd. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_salut.gif Elisabeth https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_queen.gif of LiveOnce breaks down each move beautifully. She explains it well and shows the move from different angles.It is packed with graceful transition, beautifully demonstrated spins, climbs ,and takes you to your invertion. She also has a well rounded pole conditioning segment. I just signed up for two of the Saturday classes: floor work at 3:30pm and spins at 5:00pm. So exciting!
I’m also totally pumped that a bunch of you ladies are coming to town for the weekend. We should plan some sort of Veeners mini-event!

Ottawa is 4 hours away but my husband will pay for the whole day workshop as well is drive me there as my mothers day present. So what I wanted to know is, will I be totally dead if i am planning to do the morning stretch with Miss sexy, pole pro, flirty foorwork and stricktly spin all the same day? Does anyone know how many people Elizabeth is going to allow to sign up for the pole jam? My folks live nearby and I’ve been to her studio before so I might just have to come back to visit but won’t know until next month if I could come.
The pole jams are unlimited. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif We usually have 20-30 girls and guys sharing 10 poles. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif We would all get physically exhausted poling for 3 hours straight so we break to eat, https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_chef.gif chat and get to know other polers from all over ontario. But there is plenty of opportunity on the pole. So just show up that day if you can make it with the $20.00 studio fee and munchie/fingerfood for our potluck table. We have over 20 perfomers partaking in aerial silks, contortionism, triple trapeze, acro, sand art (which is so cool), lyra and chinese pole/pole art.
