I love this one! It was in our thread on "drops" a few weeks back. I instruct it this way:

Bridged scorpio/inside leg hang
Single leg inverted crucifix (very quickly dont bother extending leg)
Gemini/outside leg hang
drop to bomb

Work the combo backwards…start with the drop to bomb and work on that then add each move going back up the combination. You don’t have to do a bridged scorpio but can just do a regular scorpio too.

By the way, if any of you southern Ontarians are interested, I found out on Friday that there’s going to be another couple’s workshop at Eryx Studio here in Brantford on March 25. I didn’t know where to post this and since all of you are more or less locals, I thought I’d post it here! Hi NEWBIE. welcome to Studio Veena. Of course you are welcome to come to our Ontario pole jam. A POLE JAM is a fun get together of people who share the same passion of pole dancing and fitness as you. We get together from all over Ontario at a studio or someones house to pole. We have polers from beginner to master levels have fun showing and teaching each other pole moves. It is a great opportunity to meet each other and make lifelong friends who love to pole just like you. The $20 dollars is studio rental fee for the 3 hours of pure blistful poling. Pole practice for 1 hour at this big and beautiful studio is $15.00 an hour each person normally . But I manage to talk the owner into renting the studio for our pole jam event each month for @20.00 each for 3 hours, which is very reasonable. Everyone shares the poles. HONESTLY, YOU WILL HAVE THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE MEETING GREAT NEW POLING BUDDIES, LEARNING FANTASTIC MOVES OR SHOWCASING YOUR CURRENT ABILITIES. It is that easy. You just let us know in this forums topic right here that you are coming and show up. We also ask that each person bring a fingerfood/ munchie for our potluck table which is great for our bodies to refuel between poling.. My pole jam-pool party this summer will be free at my backyard. More info to follow about it after the April Ontario pole jam so everyone can save the date. Hope to see you there.

I really want to get even just the TG HANDSPRING. But there is no one around me who can do it and i don’t know if my hand positioning is right. Im trying to gently kick up but can’t get up there. What is the secret to this. I think I’m strong enough to get it as I can do 12 dead lift pull ups. Can someone please,please ,please, explain the mechanics of this move/ break it down for me? Thanks in advance.

Yes, we plan on having an ontario pole jams on a regular monthly basis. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif I’m also planning on a pole jam pool party at my backyard in July with freestanding poles and the brampton studio as backup if it rains heavyly. More info will follow on this next month so everyone can save the date.

I would consider breaking up the Jamilla set 1-2 =$20.00us plus $10.00 shipping. 3-5 set =$30.00 plus $10.00 shipping. It will cost me 15.00 ca to ship this with insurance and tracking. The 1 dvd of bob cooley will go out regular air mail which will take longer. I’m selling Leigh Ann’s as a set.

Aradia Fitness Brampton studio is located at the historical building of The Old Shoe Factory, 57 Mill Street N. Suite 210 Brampton, ONT. There are plenty of free parking.
