I don’t use any deodorant at all because I don’t sweat under my arm normally. Or at least I did’nt noticed it before. But during pole class last week learning the teddy armpit hold, I was so sweaty on my armpit that I could’nt grip. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif I kept sliding down leaving my sweat on the pole. Yuck. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif Cleaned off the pole of course. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif Now, I’m looking for a deodorant that will keep me dry during my pole class so i can do the teddy. Lots of spins,transition and some floor work. There is 10 lesson to learn the full dance choreography/routine. Each lesson has mini combos of spins and transition to learn. You put all ten lessons together to have a 10- 15 min full routine. She explains the moves well. I purchased my copy from ebay for 14.00 us plus shipping. So I have been doing this dvd everyday for about a week now. I am so super inflexible. When I started a week ago. I measured my side splits against the wall at 19 inches. After a week, I’m now at 17 inches. 2 inches lower .Yeah progress:bounce: Also,when stretching to touch my toes from a sitting position with front legs straight,I could only reach my toes with my fingers.But after a week ,I can grab my whole foot. Did the other girls do spins and tricks on the pole or lots of dancing and floorwork. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_question.gif My husband takes me to strip clubs all the time since I want to see how they dance on stage. Of course they are all super sexy dancers, great booty dancing but no one hardly spins or do tricks on the pole where we have gone.
