Really Webmaster. That would be great. I have the Xstage in 50mm chrome and wanted to buy the Titanium gold pole when it 1st came out and was told by who ever answered the phone that its not interchangable. I had to purchase the whole stage to get the titanium gold. I have to call them again . That would be awesome if It is interchangable.

Hi, I have both version 3 ezconnect platinium stage and xstage. I also rent them out often. I have regular customers who have rented them both and most of them love the portablility and ease of putting the PS together more. What I love about the PS STAR STANDALONE is that I can interchange the pole with the same base. This cannot be done with the x stage. I have 45 and 50 mm in stainless steel and 40 and 50 mm in brass and 45 mm with the latex polesleeves. I also love how low it is so I can transition easily into floorwork. But don't get me wrong.I love the look of the xstage. It is beautiful and professional looking.

You can always do face painted spiderman and red and black bootyshorts-crop top. That should be easy enough to do and will go with your theme.

So worth it. I use my spiky heel directly on it with no problem. My friend did not purchase a cover and forgot to take her stillitoes off one time and dug several hole in it.

I did fall 10 feet when I 1st started learning the spinning scorpio and I came out of it without a scratch. Before I purchased the 5 inch from yoga direct, I was using 4 couch cushions that was approx 4 inch which did the job also. I would wait it out for the extra $40 and extra inch of safety.

Wow, girls, thank you. These are awesome insights and tips. I'm going to try and really feel my music and hit the beats with my song. I'm dancing to a very pretty classical music, so I'm going try to be flowy and pretty like a ballerina , pay attention to fine details and match my moves with the beat of the music. I'm gonna practice till " I can do it in my sleep", try to use my nerves to power up my performance. And I'm gonna try to relax and just have fun with my dance.
-
I would like to ask also how to deal with nerves. I am so nervous performing for my peers that I could throw up just thinking of it. I often freestyle at dance clubs with poles and feel totally comfortable as every tricks and spins gets a gasp from the general public. But this is my peers in performing for and they can see every detail of the move done properly or not.

I'm the same with my Twisted grip mount. I went on a 2 week vacation and gained 5lbs and then couldn't get it. As I'm losing the weight very slowly, my TG mount is slowly coming back also. It's at 50-50% of getting into it right now. sooooo frustrating.
-
Thanks girls, I'm gonna try these at practice. Apart from the 30-45 sec spin combos, It would also be ideal for me to start my short flow at beginning of my routine on spin. My short flow includes the twisted grip mount into knee hold . But I still kick into my twisted grip mount and have been scared to try this on spinning cuz I don't know if it would whip me off the pole. Any one tried kicking into TG ayasha on spinning? Any tips?

I don`t plan on competing but I often perform freestyle at a local dance club with my poling friends. I feel confident in my spins but want to get stronger in my advance static tricks. I find I get scared of some advance tricks because my hand is slippery and can only do the tricks with the mighty grip gloves on. So during practice, I constantly often put grip aids and or the mighty grip gloves on and off. I don`t know if using the pole sleeves will help me get stronger with the advance static tricks or will I have a hard time going back to a regular metal pole at a club. I would like to be able to do advance stuff at our local dance club.

Awesome, thanks girls. I plan on taxing it everywhere or maybe renting a car. Is taxis resonable there?

I love my pole room. It is a large round room with 6 full windows with white shutters. There is a full wall that I pit a large full length mirror. The room is nautical theme, navy blue and white. I have a version 3 platnium stage pole with 3 different size and 2 different finish. My hubby bought a hardwood floor vynl sheet that i cut ti round size to put over the black panels of the stage for better gliding in heels. I have a beautiful centerpiece medallion and in the center of that is my rigging hook for my om yoga hammack, aerial silk and also aerial hoop. I also use this room as a hot yoga room with 3 infrared heater and 1 strong humidifier. I can get the room heat up to 40 degrees in less than an hour to do my hot yoga. I ordered a galazy multicolor lazer for a lazer show while im dancing. I have a TV and cd player in there to also follow along with my dvds. And surround sound stereo. I love my pole/yoga room. It is my sanctuary.
