I can do the Holy Drop. My latest moves are twisted grip mount on a 1.75 inch pole, spinning side climb into shouldermount into brass monkey and power reverse hook into spinning butterfly. Oh I also just got flat on my right front splits just 2 weeks ago https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif if that counts cuz thats a BIGGIE for me. It took me 14 months of stretching for 5x a week for an hour with 1/2 hour of eliptical to warm up first. I started at 19 inches from the floor.

Monique invited me to come and see what a pole jam is all about. It will be my first time going to a pole fitness studio so I’m excited. I hope nobody minds that I come by to say hello and meet you all, especially the ones I have pinked poled for breast cancer awareness : )

I also want to add that I asked 2 of the orthopeadic surgeons that I work with if having your hips unsquare and tilted back to make a straighter line will somehow cause any damages in the present or future with any tissues, muscles, ligament or bones. They both stated a "BIG NO." I do see alot of ballet dancer with beautiful straight lines when on their front splits which is not squared. Most to all gymnist I have seen are in perfectly technically squared hips.

At Racheal Ray show that I watch said the man sued the stripper and won. Another news article I read said the man sued the club because she lap danced for him flairing her leg around when she accidently kicked him and another said he sued the club cuz she was acting negligent dancing on top of the bar and did a floor spin when she struck him accidenty with her heel. It is a bit all over the pace with the story but the bottom line is she damaged his eye badly dancing with her heel and he is awarded $650.000 for it.

I know some dancers here in Canada who work freelance. They pay the clubs $60. to be able to dance at the club. They are not insured by the club to perform, only their regular girls are insured. Its up to the freelance dancer to have their own liability insurance.
