thaks foks am still awaiting the snow has halted the post ahhhhh lol. i have managed to set it up in my bedroom which has a lower ceiling but aint enough room to swing a cat so i am merrily walking around it and practising pirouettes!! oh and pole pull ups for now xx dont want to hurt myself. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
