I’m not lesbian , but have friends neighbors and acquaintances who are. I live in hillcrest (part of San Diego . I just want to share that I’ve never once felt awkward or anything . It just doesn’t really seem to matter and we respect each other .

It looks exactly the same but i ordered mine from balletband.com. I looked on the web site and it didnt give dimensions . I have a friend that must be 6′ use and it worked . I definitely feel tension when i put my legs out to straddle . Hth

Thank You for your input and suggestion . Your right about warming up and gonna start seeing it more positively . If you get the ballet band , experiment with it . I don’t feel it if I just do like the direction says . But if i have it on when I go into split as above I really feel it. If you get one and would like more tips lmk:)

Thank you all for your feedback! Phoenix, I haven’t always used this (stretch gym) I personally had to do a ton of bridges and dropbakcs Before I could really even get into a posistion to work this . Also, sometimes I bring my foot to head in splits and slowly try to bring the foot back and straighten the arm .thank you for the tip about walking down the strap
Andrea and Haloanne, you so right on about the shoulders ! They are the tightest part of my body . I’ll will try harder with keeping the arm straight and also I will try the wall stretch you recommended . Do you think the fit and.bendy DVD would be helpful?

I love just doing bridges against the wall trying to push the chest into the wall and arms straight .this can be done with arms bent and head on the floor . It really seems to get in the chest area. .
