I was just happy I didn’t bust my head open! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif OMG I was so tired by the end of the song, I thought I was gonna pass out!! I’m going to rework that routine if I ever do it again in the future. I only practiced it in my head. I couldn’t pull off every single move I had planned realistically because I just didn’t have the endurance and stamina for it. That’s what I get for waitin to the last minute to plan hehe

I spend too much time on the ground at work and walking through the streets. When I’m on the pole I wanna touch the sky!!!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif Reminds me of when I was a kid and I use to climb trees in my yard back in my hometown all the time. I reckon I just love climbing https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif

MemberJanuary 8, 2010 at 6:11 pm in reply to: Xpole vs Platinum Stages (removeable)i’ve never played on a brass before. I decided against buying the brass because
1. more expensive
2. more care (cleaning and such)
3. didn’t want to become dependant on being more sticky at home and not be able to do anything in class.Comps normally use crome, right?
It’s interesting that you say that. I’ve never played on a brass before either. We had one at Sissy’s house for the Dec jam but we ended up not putting it up because everyone had an x-pole with them it seemed liked. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif But I have a TG at home but I’m always more sticky in class than I am at home and the studio has chrome poles. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif So I don’t quite understand that one.

MemberDecember 18, 2009 at 5:08 pm in reply to: Final and Official Xmas Pole Jam ThreadI was just thinkng about how this could affect people’s commute times. I’m not sure how everyone is traveling but I know everytime I time the Amtrak it’s always late and that’s in clear weather LOL So I just wonder how that will affect people who are flying and train riding, especially tomorrow during the weather. And anyone driving, it may even double the driving time because you can only drive so fast in snow I imagine.
