OH my god, glad you are ok! I had a mishap last week. My pole came down while I was in mid spin! It was something like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=miF-1lr61NU&NR=1 except I landed on my feet and had the pole in my hands before it banged into the wall!! I’ve always hated exercise too! It’s soooooooo boring! But poling is the only work out that I can do for hours and hours and hours and hours and HOURS on end!! Well I can also do something else for hours but I won’t get into that!! HAHAHA
