AWww precious, sorry to hear about your wrist! Listen to your body. I’d rather for you to get some rest than risk further injury. I got a lil banged up myself yesterday. I was practicing my handstands and I fell forward. I normally tuck and roll but I don’t know what happened. I went blonde and went *BAM!!!!!* right on my tail bone!!! My advice, which probably doesn’t count for much, https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif is to practice shaking your legs while trying to keep your muscles as relaxed as possible. If you are tense, you probably won’t "jiggle" as much. Hope you were offended getting advice from a male.
