You girls MUST check out http://redomyshoe.blogspot.com/
AND check out his tube at http://www.youtube.com/user/RedoMyShoes
It is absolutely possible to strass you own shoes. Buy flatbacks and glue E6000. Find more info on Joey's site, it is actually quite revealing how he does if you read through.
Besides, his work is even better than that of Louboutin directly.
Have fun and feel sick watching, just like me hahaha. -
I tried something similar, but was less injured.
Be VERY carefull not to damage your rotatoer cuff as well.
It is THE most common mistake and by far under estimated by new polers (like me haha)Please do a google search for the rotator cuff and poleing, you will find a lot of valuable information about it. If you do get a damage to the cuff, it can be permanent and then you are done poling!
Be good to yourself, build up strength and listen to your body and accept your limits and know that it takes time to expand them 🙂
Best wishes, Julie

Since you are new to lashes, start out with Eylure lashes.
They are FORMED to fit the eye, so you don't have to bend them in place.
Most lashes seems curvy due to they stick them on a plastic curve in the box.
But once you peel them off, they are almost stright and hard to place correct, when you are not used to work with lashes.
Eulure lashes will never lift in the corner of the eye, and IF they do, they don't pop out like other lashes.Check them out on: http://www.eylure.com/
#107 and #110 are my favorites. Add tiny Swarovski stones to make they super-glam in any color you like, use flatbacks in SS5 or SS6. The stones are cheapest at http://www.danceshopper.com
Have fun 🙂

I am totally new to poledance, but used to ST. I am starting out with poledance (mostly spins and tricks) 3 days a week, and on the off days I do ST on my lower body, since I don't use my leg muscles a lot when I poledance.
I poledance in the studio, so there are not much time for streching. I do extra streching on my ST days, witch is perfect as my legs are better warmed up and I have time, since I do it at home.
Only guys have compelte rest days to grow bigger. Or they divide the week up into about six or seven bodyparts, if they do ST every day.
If you research the bodyfitness women, they do pretty much the same routine as Bellz- with barely any restdays. That way the get strong, toned but not huge like the bodybuilding women. There is a huge difference. Good luck finding what works best for you 🙂
