Like you, my hands are dainty and also have long fingers.  I used to take classes at S Factor and I never liked the 50mm pole because I never felt like I could get a proper grip.  My hands never wrapped all the around the pole.  I bought the 45mm not knowing what it actually felt like but when I tried it for the first time I was able to grip the pole which made it easier in spinning mode.  I love my pole and hate to sell it but I just have not had anywhere to put it up and the new place I am moving to will not have any room for it 🙁  Plus, I am in school for my master's and I have not had ANY time at all.

I think $40 is pretty standard and I don't see why it should cost any more than that. If you are interested let me know and I will send you my contact information. I think I still have a paypal account I will double check and it would probably be safer to pay through PayPal and give piece of mind to both of us especially you.

Hi There, here is soame info from the Xpole website.

The Ultimate Professional Spinning & Stationary Pole. The X-Pert is the original X-Pole with new and improved features!!

    SPINNING & STATIONARY

BOTTOM LOADING – No ladder needed to adjust height

NEW X-JOINT TECHNOLOGY – Metal tube that expands & contracts to hold pole pieces together instead of threads. This increses pole stability & eliminates the possibility of stuck pole piece

Most people with smaller hands seem to prefer the 45 as it is easier to grip.  I would consider shipping to Washington but you would have to take on the cost of shipping.  Since the price I'm offering it at is reflected in the savings of shipping.  The cost of the pole is $359.99 plus $40 shipping if you bought directly through Xpole.  Let me know if your still interested.

I will be trying the hairspray trick soon. BUT, I would say be careful make sure you wash real good afterward because hairspray will clog your pores. We don’t want to start getting pimples all over the place lol…

There are two little screws at the very bottom of the pole that you have to unloose with your hex key. At least thats the way it works with the xpert.

I would love to come but I won’t be able to confirm my attendance until closer to the date. I will also be coming from houston as well.

I will be starting the summer session of school and will have to find a babysitter.

Will this session be ok for beginners? If everyone is advanced as sapphire I would probably hold everyone back https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif I would love to come though.

Veena, the last thing you need to worry about is responding to emails! Everyone here is supportive and will completely understand. There is so much love here for you and you and your family are also in my prayers.

My pole has been fine but now I feel the speed bump thing when on spin mode. Also, my ceiling is a tiny bit over 8′ 5" and I had to use all standard poles even though according to xpole’s measurements I shouldn’t have had to. So why is there a gap at the lower part of the pole at the bottom of the adjuster cover? You can see the inside part where it is greased. Is this normal????
