i had posted this a few hours after the fact. i was a little bothered at the moment, because there were other women around, i really tried to keep a smiling face, especially since it was said in front of them….. lol if only i had a time machine i definatly wouldve demonstrated a move mid sentence, and accidentally kicked him in the nuts. Thats the best advice ever

well ive been learning on youtube, its not the same as taking actual classes. i guess that explains why the inverted v seems impossibly and why i cant seem to get it down. ive been searching beginner moves and usually ill come across ones that i have already learned, so i assumed that it was time to move to intermediate….and thats when i came across the inverted v. silly me, you cant quite always be so sure what steps come next, since theres no order on youtube. unfortunatly theres no classes in my county the closes is about 2 hours away, but i plan on taking up a class anyway. i appreciate everyone voicing their concern, i would really hate to get hurt and feel discouraged

its unfortunate that you would let something as little as weight get in the way of your chances of entering a competition, deep down, you know that your not going to get judged on size or weight. its a shame that women beat themselves up about the way the look, when the beauty of a womans body is her curves and that we do come in all shapes and sizes and not just being a size 0 makes her gorgeous, but her confidence. whether a size 2 or 22 let ur sexy radiate, dont focus on the way u look, work on sticking ur routine and ur sexy will carry itself. youll feel like a winner no matter what knowing that you gave it ur all
