    Thank you so much everyone for the advice.  It is fantastic.  I love the book analogy.  I feel much more motivated to get back to it – little and often.

    Thank you so much.  I wasn't expecting a reply so quickly.  Your advice sounds great.  I really appreciate it.  I will definitely be giving everything you have said a go.

     

    This is what I love about pole and in particular the studio veena site – there's always some friendly advice around.
