I have a good friend who has this condition and she doesnt lift weights at all.  and just like most conditions the drs will shove pills down your throat.  If you can I would just go get an awesome massage and make sure they focus on releasing adhesions within your intercostal muscles. it can be uncomfortable but it will help open your chest up more 🙂  try not to reagitate the area if you can though.

massage massage and more massage lol  🙂  if you are able to get some massage have them put some heat on ur injured shoulder before the massage and have them do some deep tissue friction to your SITS muscles (main shoulder muscles) and stretching afterward.  shoulder injuries are so common esp in the rotator cuff…..hope it gets better soon 🙂  stay positive

Yes your shoulder girdle muscles and ur pecs are connected by fascia so that’s why I suggested massage because they can help breakup any scar tissue, realign muscle fibers and allow your pec major to heal without developing any adhesions. But if u don’t just keep that ice on it, have u ever tried biofreeze…..that feels good too its a stronger icyhott basically lol.

yes…ice and rest those pecs while you can.  You can also stretchout your chest and pecs after you ice….it should feel better and susceptible to some good stretching.  i would go get a massage too….just tell them to treat your SITS muscles, pecs and stretch your chest and arms really good 🙂  hope you feel better soon

If you havent previously dislocated your shoulder you probably managed to maneuver the biceps tendon in ur shoulder out of place then back in.  it does feel wierd tho, but it can happen.  make sure ur warmin up and stretching your muscles real good too just to be on the safe side.

lolol yea i wish i have been to all of them but I am a lil familiar with the main ones.  Of course most people go to Vertical Joes or Polelateaz or polewaxers but it mainly depends on what side of town you are located and how far you are willing to drive.  There is one studio I am interested in trying out that has classes everyday pretty much called SpinArella http://www.spinArella.com (affordable too)  🙂  let us know when u know for sure the dates and where u will be so we can meet up and have a jam or even go streetpoling.  it doesnt matter we will have fun either way im sure :)))  happy friday
