Same here I had a pap that came back wierd so I ended up having to have a culposcopy (which by the way feels like torture from the inside of ur uterus)…but i got through it okay. results came back normal. women have so much goin on in our bodies… :/. My dr told me that the first test could have been affected due to the fact i had just gotten off my cycle for the month(and you know that changes our system drastically)….so that is what i recommend if you can wait until at least a week or 2 after your cycle ends or 2 weeks before it begins…just to be safe (but that is if you are able to plan your appt like that). Stay positive chica *hugz*

My friend/teacher Skittles who is also a member of SVeena too told me that she helped a client put up the Kendra Pole which is just like the XSport. I know the theory, but that doesn’t mean I can do this move. My teacher tells me to stick my arse out – don’t have much control over my arse tho so I tend to not pull out enough on that elbow and then slide down the pole.
