Well I'd like to join in on the pole jams. I just downloaded oovoo a minute ago. My user name is kmccool001.

Well one of the rubber feet tore away from a screw when I was trying to put it into place, so I unscrewed the rubber feet and placed the base onto the skid pad directly. I've tested it out and so far it seems to be holding pretty well with the pressure. Has any one else done this?

Wow so many different professions! And many of them I tip my hat to you because either I don' have the patience for them or it takes a special kind of person to do them.
I'm a homemaker and student, currently perusing something. Lol I'm not sure what I want to do so I'm taking a few classes to see what interests me. Right now I'm taking theater and sociology and in the fall I'll be taking jewelry/metal smithing and ASL. 🙂

For those who have purchased a Studio Veena pole, I was wondering what the grand total came out to? Is the tax already included or is it added on top of the 275 for the pole and 45 for shipping?

What I did find though was that I can really feel the pressure when my heels are, well, basically pushed up against my crotch. When I pulled my feet forward and away it took the pressure off a bit. I rocked my pelvis a little bit and it definitely helped. I think you are right about it being the structure of the pelvis.

All my other leg stretches are just fine though so I can't figure out why it is just this one stretch that makes my hip feel that way.
