Hey! check out woody bands they totally helped me figure stuff out! I ordered an off brand super strong one that helps me get comfortable with awkward tricks. I won mine in an auction on ebay for 27. DO NOT rely on them with 100% of your weight, it is just a security net 🙂 They are meant as crossfit bands for pull ups “confessions of a twirly girl” go like her on FB she has a couple tutorials on it

Hey! I am a plus sized poler too and also happen to be a fellow photog 😉 I video with my phone… there’s no way I could handle pores and cellulite with my good camera, but my phone gives me lots of confidence! 😀

Do you have a menards where you’re from? They sell this carpet that’e like 9×7 feet and it’s meant for outdoor patios (comes in ugly green or ugly navy lol) I think they have rolls of vynil tile that’s 9×7 too

Ok so this is the oil I bought. It smells like fall..slightly odd fall lol.. but it cleared up my bruises quick and my leg spasms went away when I used it a lot. If you can’t get the link to work it is called Joint & Muscle Spray w/ Emu Oil 2 oz. -Arthritis- Bruises- Chemotherapy Relief
WARNING! It is a weird orange kinda pizza oil looking but it is awesome!

I bought a pair of really cheap (probably my answer right there) non-tack gloves from some china store and they slip off my hands and the pleather type material just disintegrated but without them I’m getting wicked ugly and painful callouses. do these gloves help with the callous issue? and I have tack anklets and not sure if that shiny material really works, maybe I will try to wipe them off with the previous posted trick!

I just sanded it and coated it with lacquer (like clear paint) I haven’t seen one with brass but I am sure you could do that! (mine is also on a lazy Suzanne so it spins!)

I built mine inside with conduit It is very strong! and cheaper 🙂
