the doc just said no heavy lifting. I was to shy to ask about pole dancing so when I asked about going to the gym he said only light weights and not to over work it. but moving it is highly recommend. but your right veena. I do want to have my splits for my bdat (4mnts)

I have the xstage lite. it’s awesome I love it I’m over 200lbs abd I did a performance with it. spins abd inverts on spin mode was excellent. the first time I practiced on it, it was a little scary cause the stage makes noise with my weight but other wise I love it, my bf wants me to sell it so I can purchase the home pole but I’m not hearing that. I live that pole. the height is great. the travel bags suck though. the handles ripped off

I want in but is it possible to get my splits by xmas. I’m almost there but veena said splits trainings twice a week and this is a slow process. is there a faster safe way?

I’m my main practice area I can touch my ceiling on my tippu toe. im 511 though so I have a hard time practicing sometimes but if you get a pole that will fit your low ceilings than just be in for some harder trainings, but it’s possible

I just reviewed it to make sure. I remember about 6 months back I wanted your pole but I have to screw the bracket into the ceiling but I don’t always pole in the same room.
