I really wish I is was bendier but I’m 40 and feel pretty awesome to be where I’m at now. Splits come and go for me. I have a machine that helps me get them, but if I’m not on it weekly or doing splits in my pole routines they go away quickly. If I stretch too much I get back pain and then can’t do any exercise until it subsides. Grrrrrr…..
I went through tons of pairs of thigh highs and don’t regret them 🙂 I don’t have sticky skin either so I feel you! What grip aids have you tried? I just started using Pole Mamas behind my knees and it’s working great for me.
