Thank you ladies, my strength level is not high at all since I RARELY workout, but i do have background in ice skating which i did for a few years as well as gymnastics although my flexibility could use some work. Before I started the lessons I have been doing strength training so I wouldnt look like a total fool on the pole. But it has only been week one and i have mastered about 5 moves (beginner moves) which I am content with. I realized that I cant practice everyday since Im usually sore the next day, but my muscles are adjusting and I am becoming stronger which I am excited about. I love the lessons on here they are so easy to follow, great instruction!! And yes I plan to go to a studio in December to use their poles and get used to performing cause I know I will definitely be nervous once I actually go for the job. I am getting a video camera as well so I can watch my progress as well as put the vids up here and maybe I can get some feedback! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif thanks for the replies babes happy poling!!

Thank you both for your advice….yes I do want to become an exotic dancer, it is true they focus more on the sex appeal and the way they move, which is exactly why I wanted to learn the pole moves ( besides the fact that its an excellent work out and sooo much fun) you just do not go into too many clubs these days and dancers utilizing the pole. But I do agree a few very good moves are better, I guess Im just so anxious to master these moves but I know they will come with practice and time. Ive seen many videos on here where ladies perform to a song and they use the pole a majority of the time while still incorporating sexy moves and floor work, and I guess that is my goal, but in the meantime I will try and perfect those beginner moves, wish me luck!!
