I didn’t read all the posts so sorry if this I a repeat, but I’m just starting to do CAR and it helps me to flex my feet with my ankles crossed. It doesn’t look very pretty, but it helps me tighten the right muscles. I figure once get it down I can point my toes.

I have the pole up and I was using it, but I can see the ceiling move when I spin (it’s on spinny mode), and that makes me really nervous! Plus the pole doesn’t spin as smoothly as it did when I first put it up and I don’t want to mess up my pole. Maybe this is a good opportunity for me to learn on static mode! Hey guys! I’m in mount pleasant! I’ve been a little slack at poling lately because I’m nervous about the popcorn ceiling at the house I’m renting and I don’t take lessons https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif Maybe when I move in a couple weeks I’ll have a good spot to put my pole so I can use veena’s lessons again

Hi! I live in Mount Pleasant, SC. I got my pole about 4 months ago, and have been practicing at home, but I haven’t taken any lessons. How do you like Goddess? My friend and I thought about taking some classes, but they won’t let us start at a higher level. We already know how to do some things like a CAR, butterfly, bow and arrow, and some other beginner/intermediate tricks and a lot of spins. Do you know if they will move us up quickly if we know how to do things?
