TY CheeryBomb! I think the interview went well, I was SOOOO nervous though being on camera when I was teaching…it was just an informational class educating people about what it is…we did a little warm up and about 5 basic moves. I basically did a little of what class would be like and bit of what the parties are like. Two of the ladies from the radio stations were there, I had THREE interviews today!! I will post a link when they are ready to aire it on the news…I officially start PAID classes next Wednesday!!! I already have several private students!!! THANK YOU SV and ALL THE WONDERFUL MEMBERS for ALL YOUR SUPPORT and LOVE!!! I very much APPRECIATE IT!!! Pamela

Here’s what the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN says about it.
Question
Colon cleansing: Is it helpful or harmful?
I’ve read many negative things about colon cleansing, but I don’t believe any of them. Colon cleansing generally sounds like a good way to clear toxins from your body. What do you think?
Answer
from Michael Picco, M.D.
Proponents of colon cleansing believe that toxins from your gastrointestinal tract can cause a variety of health problems, such as arthritis, allergies and asthma. They say that colon cleansing — also called colonic irrigation — removes these toxins, thus promoting healthy intestinal bacteria, boosting your energy and enhancing your immune system.
While there is little scientific evidence to support or refute the benefits of colon cleansing, critics say it’s generally unnecessary and at times may even be harmful. Although doctors prescribe colon cleansing as preparation for medical procedures such as colonoscopy, most don’t recommend it for detoxification. Their reasoning is simple: The digestive system and bowel naturally eliminate waste material and bacteria — your body doesn’t need enemas or special diets or pills to do this.
One concern with colon cleansing is that it can increase your risk of dehydration. A potentially more serious concern is that certain laxatives used in colon cleansing, such as those with sodium phosphate, can cause a rise in your electrolytes, which can be dangerous if you have kidney disease or heart disease.
If you choose to do colon cleansing, be sure to take these simple precautions:
Check with your conventional medical providers first, especially if you take any medications or have any health problems.
Make sure your colon-cleansing practitioner uses disposable equipment that hasn’t been previously used.
Get a list of specific herbal ingredients and amounts in any colon-cleansing products you use — some herbal supplements can cause health problems.
Beware of broad or inflated claims that colon cleansing will cure an illness or improve your health.
Stay well hydrated by drinking lots of fluids while undergoing colon cleansing to prevent dehydration.
If you are considering colon cleansing because of constipation, consider trying these steps first to relieve constipation:
Drink plenty of fluids, including water
Eat a diet rich in fiber
Get regular exercise -
The only thing I’m aware of with fat grafting is that it is still experimental and the way the fat is harvested can damage or kill the fat cells, which can leave you disfigured in such a large area. It has been somewhat successful in very minute areas, however there have not been enough studies and it is still "EXPERIMENTAL", not something I would chose to be a guinea pig for. I have implants and I am happy with my choice, I had a very deformed right breast after a triple lumpectomy. It really wasn’t that expensive, my surgeon charged me $4,200. that was everything including post op check ups to a full year later. I would really be careful with this procedure…there have been several cases where the fat died and left the breasts lumpy and hard.

MemberOctober 3, 2010 at 2:33 pm in reply to: I’m being interviewed tomorrow by our local paper!!!Thanks ladies! I found out I was in two other cities Newspapers…the Dickinson and the Grand Forks Harold! I was in the paper again yesterday because a stripper from the Northern that teaches pole there contacted the reporter to say she was the FIRST here to do that, however no ones knows about her.
Okay now on another note! I’m having my first into class on Wednesday at a local gym (this one is free to the public), the TV news is planning on being there…problem is I tried having local business’s post my flyers and they told me that they could only post them in the employee break room!! I’m talking hair salons, nails shops etc!! Well one business in town, a very upscale Boutique, LUXE has been supportive of me since I first had the idea to open a business….she is posting in the front of her shop! So on goes the battle here in backward closed mindedville!! BUT I’m not giving up and I WON’T GO AWAY!!!! LOL

LITLBIT, how long till it provided pain relief I have been taking it for a week now for my osteoarthritis of my lower back but its not doing anything yet.I live with chronic pain for 4 years now. Exercise, poling and stretching has helped me be able to get out of bed. I AM NOT GOING TO LET THIS PAIN CONTROL MY LIFE. I was told it could take sometime before it kicks in.
joni1
Hey Joni1! it takes 3-4 weeks to build in your body on average…I noticed a change the end of my 3rd week taking it…that was 18 months ago. I’ve had no problems at all…and not suffering like I used too! Good Luck and HANG in there!! *HUGZ*
