A camera on your computer, cell phone, or “old school” video camera? I’m trying to figure out how to record myself — getting all of me instead of just a portion.

I’m finally able to post my photos for this challenge. These were taken after a LOT of warming up so I am surprised I got down as far as I did. I have tight hip flexors so my middle split is where I expect it to be…nowhere!
My splits have been an elusive goal but one I am determined to get for 2015! I’ve got the Cleo the Hurricane Rockin’ Legs and Abs video and plan to get regular stretching sessions in daily. It’ll be a challenge because I’ve got a hectic schedule as it is.

I am excited for this challenge! I’ve been sharing it with some of my facebook friends!

I am in too! I can use some accountability partners. 🙂 Getting into my splits is one of my goals for 2015 and I will post a picture by Christmas.

I definitely work on both sides and I agree with everyone, it is good practice to do so. For some reason, climbing on my opposite side eludes me without thinking it through A LOT, and my bracket grip is hopeless as well. I am left-handed so I tend to learn things “righty” to follow along with my instructor.
