I thought it was great. It was the half time show and not a competition, and it did just that. It put on a great show. People like to complain and be negative more than positive. The people that feel it was inappropriate or not child friendly or calling it a strip show are the ones that are getting to me. I don’t really know where to start with that. There is so much worse on regular tv that their children probably watch all day long. I am vert happy to see pole dance being used more and more for our entertainment and such, personally.

I could not find a newer thread, so I will just bump this one instead of making one. I am just loving the lessons as I come back to pole after my back injury. They are helping me keep focused and always have ideas on stuff I can try. I would love to see more spin pole combos for more advanced polers. Combos and transitions on spin. Maybe at least 4 different moves threaded together to make nice combos. I would also like to see in the routines, more advanced inverted move routines. I have trouble stringing things together and this would help so much. Something else I would love to see would be some Elite casting moves!!!! I had been working on some of these a while ago and love them. Thanks!!!!

I wish I was closer! We visit Fl a lot. We were just there. We typically stay in Cape Coral or on Sanibel Island.

I am not sure where we could all get shirts! There use to be a store on here, but I have not seen it in a while?

I feel like not that many people from here are going this year, but most workshops are full. Weird. I had no idea that I needed to book the free workshops either!!! So I wouldn’t get to take advantage of those either if I went. They are all full!!!!!

After my appoinent today, my back and ribs didn’t look good. She actually told me to back of of some of the stretch poses I was doing. I am afraid I will end up in a chair doing wrist circles to work out because it seems that there is nothing I can do that won’t pop my ribs out. 😔

I am at a major cross roads with Pole Expo this year. I was very excited and going, then, long story short, I got a very had back injury. I have to take it very easy. I was not cleared to pole until most of the workshops I wanted were gone. Now, my ribs keep coming out even with light pole as I was instructed!!!! I am going in half an hour to my doctor to show her my workout video and get my ribs popped back in. 😠I am torn on what to do. Do I go and try some lighted workshops? Do I not go and just do next year and catch the workshops when they post? What do I do, ladies?? I guess it depends on what my Dr. Says today too.

Hi, Ladies!!! I have not been on this thread in a while. Long story short, I an nursing a bad back injury and was not allowed to do anything for months. I have been cleared to do light splits training now. My 2 block over split is gone. My splits are gone in general. I am starting from scratch now. I started again yesterday with AA splits DVD. I did sit some parts out. It felt good to do not again! I will be starting SV lessons again as well and using them as well. I will try to have my husband take pics and I will post them here.

I would like to see lessons on how to get flexier pointier toes too!!!! I can’t find that anywhere. I even bought the ballerina bands and have no idea how to use them.

I would please keep doing the quick lessons. I am going to join again because these all are amazing! Also, I am recovering from a pretty bad back injury and I feel there is a lot in the lessons to help me. Your style is so unique and I love the quick lessons! Especially the spinning ones!!!! More of those, please! Your lessons have totally changed! I would say that you are offering something for every level now!

Honestly, I hate to admit it, but I have been poling for 6 years and have a terribly weak core. That makes sense.
