It has sold. Thanks for your inyerest. I sold it because I am getting another 45mm. The 50mm was just to large causing my grip to not be as secure in split grip holds. I have an older 45mm Xpole and love it. Xpole all the way!!!

We are tossing around the idea of sharing a room with someone to help cut the costs. Would anyone be interested? Just message me.

Who all is bringing their hubby? I am bringing Bob! Do you all think he needs to get the full access pass with me?? He would be attending the after party events and shows with me. He would also want to walk around to the vendor booths with me.

Well, we have all had different experiences. One can not be right or wrong…. I certainly hope yours goes well, with it being your first one, you will be able to see how it goes for you personally. I have done 3. My first was the best and the third was the worst for me nerves wise. It was a bigger event.

Oh yeah! Agreed! Bob likes tricks, but practicing them, sweating, cussing, and falling is the beginning of a trick for me. He is not interested. LOL!!! I actually fell on my knee half on the carpet and half in the metal base of the pole last night. It was terribly painful. The mat came out after…

With me, when I practice, it is mainly moves. He does not notice this much unless needed to be a spotter. I am working out. LOL!!! Now, if  I do a dance for warm up or  routine, he gets more interested in that. I wouldn't say Bob is desensitized from it, but there is a difference in working out on the pole trying for moves and dancing, especially if you are dancing for THEM!!!!!

My Bob was a rebound date that kind of stuck around. LOL!!!!! I met him through a friend. We lived in the same small town and went to the same school but we were from different worlds. We grew up a lot differently and had different groups of friends. I met him in 2003. October. I had just bought my first car audio system. I just spent 3,000.00 on this stuff and they wanted 200.00 to install it all. My friend said he knew a guy. Bob was the guy. He installed it. As he worked, he held a small kitten named Tilly and talked softly to her the whole time.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif He was sexy with that cigarette in his hand, which I now hate!!!https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rambo.gif He could get me a discount from his work on a radio, which I had not purchased yet. He said he would call me in a week when it came in. I left. I kept thinking about him because he seemed different, trust worthy, and just NICE!!!! Respectful. He treated his mother nicely who kept popping outside with cookies and punch. ( I am not kidding either.) LOL!!!! My mom always told me to notice how they treat their mom. I had left my ex not even a week before this because he was not respectful of his mother and other things. So, finally I actually drove back to his house to see if he wanted to just hang out and drive around. (This is what you did in the town I am from) His immediate reaction was thinking something was wrong with the radio! LOL!!!!! We hung out and were hugging after the night was over. He asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I told him he could call me tomorrow. He actually said, "Is this a joke?" I laughed and said no I was serious!!! He called me and we started dating. We have had ups and downs, off and ons ever since. We broke up for a year exactly!!! We got back together the date we broke up the previous year!!! Soon after that, we were engaged and had the best big to do wedding. ( I would NEVER recommend big to do weddings to anyone now.) It was a Cinderella theme with little clear shoes on all the tables and on my feet OF COURSE!!!!!!! I love him to this day! More and more each day. He takes care of Elle and I like we are precious jewels.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_queen.gif He is the precious jewel to me. He is VERY supportive of pole. He bought me my first one! He is not interested in learning it, but he goes to most of the functions and, spots me, as most of you have seen. LOL! He has noticed I have a problem with being consistant and has encouraged me to keep going by promising to buy me some fun pole stuff at the end of each month that I pole 3 times a week and stretch 3 times a week. We even keep a chart on the calendar like kids with their chores!!!!!! LMAO!!!!!!! We sometimes seem like an odd fit if you do not know us, but once you do know us, you will see it too.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

Yes! I get nerves BADLY! I almost threw up before my last performance at the Venus Pole Festival. I was going to back out too. Nerves messed me up so bad. I do go blank and I had this deer in the head lights look on my face the whole time. Only about a fourth of it is how I wanted it to go and had practiced. This is a problem for me. I actually want to do more to work on the problem!!! I do get a rush after it is all over though and I am glad I did it. I will say this. PRACTICE more. Even if you know it, do it more and do it in front of friends!
