You can use for a regular moisturizer, if that is what you mean. I spray it all over my body like lotion. I would use a lighter one for every day. I also recommend a good sugar scrub for your body.

I always was sliding because I was dry as well. I didn’t understand why I was slipping because I had not used lotions or oils. This is a misconception that everyone needs to stay away from lotions. Dry skin will make you slide badly. When I figured that out, I tried and I have been set ever since and had no issues or no days when I just couldn’t practice because I was sliding. It is good stuff. I use the medium in Spring-Summer and the ultra in the Fall- Winter.

I am coming back now after 7 months!!!! I hate that the break happened, but it was due to a house too!! We moved and had lots of renovations going, so there was not even a floor in my pole room for months and there were contractors everywhere! I have just been trying to get my over splits back because everything is harder without them. I have been skyping a lot. That keeps me motivated.

I am so excited the venue and dates for next year were released. It makes it so easy to plan! See you all next year at Hard Rock hotel Las Vegas!

One drop in lesson costs 25.00! 20.00 a month is not to high at all. At a studio, you pay 25.00 per lesson and get an hour. Here, you pay 100.00 and get a year and access to all the lessons you want. Just another thought there for ya.

We are not completely sure about our 2015 vacation schedule yet, but we are definitely looking into this event. Every year, we have so many things that are already set with our time shares, so it makes timing hard with pole events.

Usually there are two after parties anyway and most of the “pole stars” are at the Bad Kitty party. It was amazing last year and held in the King Pin suite. I heard the other one was fun as well, but did not stop by that one. I have no idea how it went this year though.

Yeah. That is a tough one. We all had to wait till we were 21 to get in places and drink the koolaide. Maybe there should be a different ticket at a lower rate for people attending under 21.

I will pay. I have used their on demand before for events. It is so much better than when they first started streaming. The screen would go black. It didn’t happen once tonight!!

I will be lurking around for info about next year. They got it up pretty early last year. We bought our tickets in December or January, I think! Hope you ladies are having fun!!!

I have had the lessons a few times. I noticed that I would rarely use them when I had them. Then I became more advanced and only used them for the stretches then I just never renewed. For me to renew, I would love to see more new advanced moves broken down, casting moves, tumbles, and drops. I am just not personally interested in anything but advanced moves, stretching, and advanced combos. I have been off the pole for over 6 months now and would love to be able to use the lessons for motivation because with Skype, people either only want to schedule once a week or sometimes don’t even show up. Having the lessons makes it so you can pole anytime and have instruction, but I just would need there to be much more advanced content and what I mentioned above to join now. I see SV do all this totally cool stuff in videos and I wish there were lessons for it.
