@ Mommabear: No. I was in a studio being taught correct placement. It did not hurt at all. Just the pressure has caused injury. I can not do this one ever again. It is not good for the knees really. I know a few other women who will never do this one again due to injury, but if it works for you, that is very good. It is just to much pressure for me. If I would have known the damage, I would have never done it at all. I just traded all my heels in for flats as I can no longer wear heels now due to my bad knee. : (

I got this move one time and one time only and now will be needing a knee replacement probably by age 40 per Dr. I know others it has happened to and obviously I do not reccomend this move or do it myself.

We all have eachother though! That is why this forum is here. Upload videos and we all will appreciate it!

Also, is there any way we could have a play all lessons option??? So we could just do all the lessons in one section without stopping?

This is so exciting. I am glad new moves are coming. I saw most on my list mentioned here, but what about the Dove> Where you are in super man then grab back with both hands. Also, there is the super man fall. I would love to see transitions of moves while staying on the pole and not sliding. Hopefully the pole is tall enough to do that. Most people only have 8.5 ft. or so.

Stylist of 11 years here! There are more of us on here that I thought! I do not recommend doing this yourself at all. You could loose a lot of hair and have to cut it short. This is something to be done in steps. It can be done. But I do it in baby steps for my clients to save their hair in the process. Letting your roots grow out is the best idea as mentioned before. If you are wanting to cut some hair, the process would be much easier.

I really like the foam roller from Target. I just did all the lessons and feel nice and loose. I will eventually get the amazon one I think because it is longer, but since I did not want to wait for shipping, this one is great for now.

Ok. So I ended up getting one from Tragetjust for now. It is purple. Gaiam brand. It was supposed to come with a dvd, but apparently someone took it out! : 0 I don't really care but am gonna call Target anyway. I guess I paid for the whole kit. Haven't tried it yet, but seems to be good quality. My cat is playing with it currently. Has anyone tried this one? I will report back.
