I am so glad Natasha is really getting out there and doing all these shows. I heard some women at my work takling about this show. One lady said," Where did you see this pole stuff?" She said, "On the View!!!!! " Other lady, " Oh wow. On national t.v." "It is really getting bad these days." LOL!!!!! The other lady explained the performance and she got interested. Then they both turn to me. "Lee, don't you do that work out? " I was like yeah. "But I do not look like Natasha when doing it." LOL!

Ok. I am so confused as of what kind of roller to get. There are longer and shorter ones. And I heard the white ones collapse eventually. How is the one that comes with the Be Spun dvds? It is white, so I guess it is the kind that will collapse?

I did not find them to be to advanced at all!!!!!! I would try them. In the beginning of the dvd, it goes straight into a very fast pase warm up. We were not sure if we were supposed to be watching or following. You definatly are to follow, so wehn you put it in, make room and be ready to move! LOL!

I have only ever heard one way to say it. A-sha. Two sylables. Is there more ways? LOL!

Do you have a chromw xpole? I delt with this for years till I finally found some secrets. Crank the heat while you stretch. It will warm you and your pole!!! Very important. Are you a very dry skinned person? That works against you if you are. Pole Physics lotion or Bath and Body Works light lotion work best at least an hr before poling. I am so dry I can do it right brfore though. Also, I put itac2 right on my pole. This has worked best for me. Let me know if ant of these help!!!

Anyone in the DAYTON ohio area? Still looking for a pole buddy or 2 or 5 to come out and pole once a week or so. LOL! Let me know. It is always a good time. So much more fun with other pole friends. : )

This stuff has changed my pole life for real. I have the slickest pole ever. A chrome xpole and I had to give up and quit practice a lot, but after I tried this, it is amazing! I grip right after applying it. I am sooooooo dry though. I even have it on my hands with no problem. I also feel it has helped reduce my cellulite issue on the thighs!!!!! On my off days I wear Bath and Body works light lotion. It is ok too, but does not compare to Pole Physics.

Hey, Guys! After years of slipping, I finally tried this one and it is my fav! You can put it on your pole, on your andds, or all over! The slipping thing I hear some talk about may be because you do need to take a minute and rub it in. You will feel it get real warm. Then it is ready. You will see me rubbing my hands all the time in my videos. This is what I am doing. I feel you can reactivate it a few times by doing this too! Same thing when it goes on the pole. Rub it in till you hear that friction noise. Do not ever just put a grip aid on without testing it first before you do a move. They all need to be rubbed in a little.
