Ive just been trying the knee hold and i just cant do it so frustrated,i cant seem to find my placement so to speak and i have trouble getting my feet griped to each other!The backs of my knees end up really hurting and feel swollen https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif

Stretching everyday is the best way! I started taining in contortion,and u gotta stretch for about 2 hours a day,i find pole work really compliments being flexible,i have to get my side splits again,had a few injurys in the past from not warming up https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif my own fault,u should get the splits in no time https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
