Ive always had trouble with these and i did ballet for a while a couple of years back,they look great,i can get some good spins when i have socks on the laminante flooring https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif but with heels i dont know if it will look any good,its not good if the floor stops ur spin,but in general i always spin the wrong way to how my hands are placed Duhh lol
Guessits just practice and lots of video watching.x

I have pretty much been on the pill most of my life to help with acne,i still get it at 28,think i have a hormonal issues.

Welcome!i have to say this is 1 of the best sites i have come across regarding pole dancing,everyone is so freindly and helpful.Im just waiting for my x pole,i do have 1 but it doesnt fit my front room properly.Good luck with getting your pole!
