The email address from the contact us page. I would also let them know to possibly add it to the rules and regulations page. I hope this helps. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif -
Veena,
God bless you and your patience for uploading your lessons. I love that you have a passion for making sure your viewers know proper body form and as a studio owner I RESPECT and admire that because too many studios/instructors don’t… I can’t name names.Your videos that I have seen have not only taught me new moves but also changed my perspective on executing them and teaching them to my students. How do I go about purchasing your videos, when I click on lessons link, it leads me to my profile page..
SORRY SO LONG.

I’m also North of the city. The forum is a great way to learn and ask questions… but practice is your best friend.
Hope to see you around.

Is there a review on the material on this DVD?
Interested but I have a few DVDs and wouldn’t want to purchase the Bobbi DVD with similar moves.

Very cute, I just finished watching "The Blind Side"
I agree that finishing is just as important as beginning and I too was frustrated that I had to consciously tell myself…DONT RUSH, FINISH THE MOVE! I had to imagine what I would like to see if I were watching myself perform and let me tell you it works! I had to do what I had to do. And I can tell when I see girls practicing at the studio that don’t finish their movies completely, not saying that I am better just noting the difference and I like it.
Now I have a new challenge, SPEED IT UP! I swear you could play a HAPPY CRACKHEAD https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif TECHNO SONG and I would find the slowest beat to dance to. My advice, find a happy medium! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

I see what some of you are saying… I download alot of music that I see included in pole dance videos that I never heard of. I love that we can get away with dancing to anything but because I like a VARIETY of music and wouldn’t want to be labeled as a copy cat, I challenge myself to find other/better songs… but do I blast that song while practicing before my class…SURE DO! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

Yes I would also like to know how Jenyne performed 9 minutes straight with out wiping a drop of sweat!
I have that video favorited! -
Poler.. the controlling side of me just wont let me. I thought about particular genres… but that seems to … generic what if I wanna hear Lil Wayne right after Sia…
I gotta get to my ipod, change playlist, etc.
I was hoping there was a more creative, yet orderly way to divide our music.
Granted I do have a select list of songs I like to warm up and cool down too but those can also double for time on the pole…More suggestions welcome!

Yeah I know … but I rather take it over 10 days than do that shot…
With the shot you are more at risk for injury and if you don’t rest it fully you can do more damage than good. -
I thought I had a rotator cuff injury that the pain some how radiated down my bicep. My dr. says I have biceptial tendonitis https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif … that doesn’t sound to pleasant either. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_neutral.gif
I’m so anxious to get back on the pole fully… right now I only practice safe moves (spins, pirouettes). I turned down the shot of steroids in the office. He told me I would have to stay off of it for 7 days total, which was not an option. Now I’m on pretnazone (sp?) and I can feel it helping but don’t know if its enough…I’m glad its not a cuff injury but I’m wondering what things I should or shouldn’t be doing… in 2 more weeks I go for a follow up https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_question.gif

I don’t feel like I am doing this spin justice either, even after the tutorial but I will keep practicing… all while chanting TILT TILT in my head.

Oh wow, this sounds intense. Good luck. I thought I could do P90x until I found out that the 90 stood for 90 consecutive days. LOL https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif

These are all great suggestions. I don’t dance to "entertain" per se but when I conduct my pole parties and perform a demonstration, sometimes I draw blanks. You would think it gets easier or I choreograph something but I don’t want to look overly rehearsed. I want to make sure that I show a full range of moves they can learn in my classes. I agree with the floorwork until you think of the next move. And I will have to try that combo spin idea! Thanks.
