glad i stumbled upon this..My hands are SO dry that im sliding right off my pole..took me a couple days to figuare out why i couldn’t get grip no matter what i did…never thought of dry hands …that is until they started peeling <sigh>

My daughter made her 2nd present to me a box full of her stuff…she couldn’t find a little box for her toe ring..so she went under my bathroom sink…unwrapped a panty liner..and used the packaging to wrap my present in…Awww little nieve 7 year olds lol

To be honest, if there wasn’t so much hype about it..I would let my daughter do it. She’s 7 now..she plays on my poles..asks me how to do spins..and the girl can invert and do tricks like no tomorrow (with me spotting just in case of coarse) she doesn’t dance around the pole..she doesn’t even know WHAT dancing around the pole is. She is a tumbler and in gymnastics and it helps build her upper body muscles..I see no problem with it to be honest..but thats just me

yes, thats what it does..Mine made the creeking/popping sound for about 2 weeks before it misaligned..I went back and watched my vids and ill stop midway through the turn at one point bc it almost sounded like someone was unlocking my door 5 feet away (i had music on and barley heard it) and then realized it wasn’t that so i became paranoid thinking i was breaking my pole https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif Then last week i noticed it was slightly misaligned..i couldn’t get my hex key in all the way and had to twist it back around (hard to explain had to pry and not mess up the hex joint and strip it..and finally got it lined up again..Just make sure you watch it..I did notice when i took mine apart the first time it had made a indent to where the screw in the part that connects A&B together ..made a indent to where it slid inside my tube..which is probably why it keeps happening..so next time you take yours down and clean it..inspect that area really good make sure its not doing any funky stuff in there. I’ve read about other ppl having the same problem with the xpert unfortunetly https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif

watch your xjoint where a&b come together..i think i figuared out where my noise is comming from and had to take my pole down for the 2nd time this week bc it wasn’t aligned with the hole again..just watch that for a heads up…and to make matters worse i dont know how to stop it..i tightened it well so i dont know whats up with it https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif

I had that in my xpert..i promptly took it down cleaned it real good and put it back up..dont know what i did..but the noise went away lol

Well I have no redness..Both the muscle tenderness and low grade fever and less common side effects..but side effects still. Thankfully i feel better today..Not up to par like i did before the anemia..but i have 3 more rounds with the iron..

@Jennasmom..yes its the IV kind..They started it off slow and watched my vitals and i was doing fine then she turned it up..It normally takes only 30 mins.
