Help, just set up my pole. How to I set up on spin mood
Ladies so I had my guy friend set up my pole last night . And it works but how do I work the spin mood. I’m not sure if he did something wrong or I’m not doing something right. I got the 45mm chrome pole Frm x-poles

Wow can someone please send me that video link… She is now my motivation Frm this day on out. I’m 5″0 143 pounds and I’m no where near to being loved by the pole like that, while still making it look sexy… I loved that video..
