I bought a menstrual cup last month and I think it is the best solution for ‘that time of the month’ and poling:)

That’s really funny… Laughed really hard!

Interesting thread. I am trying to eat healthier but I find it hard sometimes. Paleo seems interesting.
As a student I don’t have lots of money so I want my food to be healthy and ‘cheap’, which is hard to find over here because eating unhealthy actually is cheaper than eating healthy sometimes.. -
Hi:) I’m just wondering about how sturdy it is? I am actually looking into getting a Star Stand Alone.. But I live in Europe so I’m probably to far away for yours:P

Germany is kind of close to me (Holland).
Good luck with the poledancing! -
I have that as well.. It is really frustrating. I had a move, finally after weeks of practice, two weeks later I couldn’t do it anymore, and I still can’t:(

Overhere we say ‘polefitness’ but I think ‘acro pole’ would be a better name for what we do.. We always prefered ‘polefitness’ over ‘poledancing’ because we feel like people don’t take ‘poledancing’ seriously.. I think I will share this thought with my class, see what they think about it..

Subscribed, can’t wait to read it!

I did the survey, forgot to mention that I like 42 mm poles:) I am really curious about what the stage will be like!

Shouldn’t your teacher start with a spin and than make it more difficult when it is (almost) perfect?
I think it took me a couple of weeks as well before I could spin without getting stuck. -
We have two classes, one that’s doing basic one and our group, which is doing basic 2 – 4.
They try to make sure that the best of the basic one groep transfer to our group and then there is a spot in the basic one group for someone new to start.
Yesterday we had a mix of levels though because there was someone who only had a few lessons. It wasn’t a problem for us, when we worked on the harder moves she could do an easier version or a totally different move. I think it might be frustrating for her because she had to do other things but it might also be inspiring to see what you’re able to do after just a few months! -
I’m really curious:)

Do you guys know some more places where they are sold secondhand? It’s pretty hard to find for me.. (maybe because I don’t really know where to search as I’m from Holland)
