Thank you for your answer:)
I am not sure of the manufacturer,I do know it is not one that is making poles for serious polefitness.. -
I must say.. I think alcohol and sports just can’t be combined in any situation.
If you are working out, you just don’t drink.
Where I live there are a few dance clubs who have a pole and in holidays when our gym is closed my friend and I go ‘practice’ there. But when we do we don’t drink alcohol.. I just think that isn’t safe.. -
I also started from scratch:) never danced (unless when going out) and never did gymnastics..
Guess that’s a little harder to start with but I can really notice I’m improving every week! That’s what I love about polefitness, you can start with no experience at all and become better so soon! -
hahahaha that’s genius:P

That guy on the floor is really funny:P
I think it’s amazing that she can move like that:O -
Do you also ship it? I’m not in the UK.. But maybe you can sell it on websites that have ads in your region? (we have some websites like that in Holland, I don’t know if you have them as well..)

Where I pole we all started at a level called ‘basic 1’. I started in the first group so we are now doing basic 2, 3 and 4 (to have some variety). If a new person starts they will start in the ‘basic 1’ group and then go to our group if it is to easy for them.
We only have two groups but we are trying to get more time in the gym so we can have more groups and adjust the levels to the groups. -
