I use limewire for my music. if I have them both open at the same time, once its done downloading from LW it syncs up w/itunes. Then I just get the album artwork. Normally if you go to your library in LW/FW etc and select the ones you want, you can drop them automatically in itunes.

I LOVE brass! we have our poles in the studio I go to. I want to go X w/chrome b/c if thats pretty much standard at all competitions, id rather be comfortable dancing w/that then never using it.

Ive lost 60lbs last year, its a mix between giving birth and pole. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif

When I was pregnant w/my son I gained 80lbs. The morning of delivery I weighed in at a whopping 316lbs (never again). I lost at least 20lbs on the operation table (1 gallon of fluid, 11lbs baby, yadda, yadda, yadda). I started going back to pole after my 6wk check up from my dr. I normally take 2 classes 2x a week. On average I can burn about 500 calories from 1 class. Now I worked up to that I didnt start right away taking that many classes. I also watch my portions when I eat, and choose fruits and veggies first before eating anything else. I also do things at home that can help with pole. Also carrying around my baby linebacker helps too https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif (currently @ 11mos old hes over 27lbs – he better play football). I do ballet conditioning, yoga, push ups, and ocassionally go to a gym.

Pole has always been my first workout. It forces me to get out of the house and just have fun even if its only for an hour.

HOLY COW! 90lbs!!! Thats awesome! Ive got 20 to go until I reach the 80lbs lost mark. My reg dr is very old school and would prolly not reccomend gastic bypass.

Ive heard about the HCG injections, but im not fully informed yet. Ive had friends who were seeing a weight loss dr and they would get a shot of b12 and a prescription for a appetitie supressant From what my husband told me – exercise physiology major, prescription strength supressant are hard core compared to OTC. They also had to eat a very bland diet w/it. One girl lost almost 50lbs in 2 mos. She looked fantastic.

Good luck with the injections and let us know how it went. We must see progression pics!

Girl be PROUD of the bruises! Those are pole battle wounds! I love mine and when I dont get any I get bummed.

this so hard. i wear skirts when i have my leg bruises and when people ask i smile and tell them! i work hard for those bruises.

I used to get bruises all up my arms and legs. Ive never minded any attention to it. My office is always wanting to know which bruises are new. Feb 20th is the competition day. Im not sure when tickets go on sale. You can buy them at the front desk. Each Xpose has thier own preliminary night. Just check the website. Sissy, Curvy and I are all competing at the same studio. I see a crown for all of us!

I told someone once that after I take pole class, I feel like I could walk the Victoria Secret Fashion Show. Eventhough I do not have to body to compete w/them I sure as hell have the confidence w/them.

To me it all about the empowerment. Will has been ok w/the pole stuff. He does plug me every now and then and it comes up during company parties (too bad there isnt a pole present during those times LOL). What bothers him more than anything is the guys that are the creepy guys that subscribe to my YT channel. I dont care b/c Im not going home w/them.
