    Cleo’s workouts seem like they would work me out well, but I think I will go back to Veena’s workouts for awhile. I Seemed to get faster results with less time. Maybe if I get bored I’ll give Cleo’s DVD another go. 🙂

    A friend said to put witch hazel or white vinegar over the bruise. Seemed to help but I was also using arnica. I’m really pale so my legs show the bruises really well. Last week I looked like a victim of domestic abuse and friends kept questioning me. :p

    Thanks for the reviews. I appreciate it. So far I am leaning towards fun pole fitness based on their class times, but I’m still not sure.

    I do B12 shots and always take my vitamins. I have noticed when my energy gets low the B12 shots really help more then just the vitamins. I feel you on the birthday depression. I was there last month. My vitamin D levels aren’t great but I do try to get a bit of sunlight when I need to wake up. I burn easy so its not much, but just standing outside with the morning sun on my face for a few minutes helps me realize “It’s morning woman, get your ass in gear and get moving.” Also, If I keep the house all closed up and blinds closed I cant wake up.

    I have mine in the middle if the living room. It blocks the view of the tv depending on where you are siting but I could care less about tv. I wouldn’t take it down for anyone. My whole family knows about it. I had my daughter’s 3rd birthday a few months ago and even my religious friends were okay with their daughters swinging on it because when the kids asked about it I told them it was workout equipment, like a ballerina uses, but my pole is straight up instead of horizontal so it’s more fun!!

    I was in an off period of any kind of working out and pole for a few months. It’s hard to get back in a rhythm when you get out of the habit. but a few weeks ago I signed up again and watched the conditioning routines. They are only 20 min and I made a deal with myself that if I tried doing one of Veena’s workout for 15 min and still wasn’t feeling it, I could say screw it and stop doing the workout. Usually by the time 15 min went by I would either be feeling better or just tell myself to suck it Up, it’s only 15 extra minutes. Surprisingly I have seen a lot more improvements then I’d have thought by just doing 3 or 4 20 min routines a week. That has given me the motivation to do more.

    I used Mederma for stretch marks on my tummy after I had my daughter. I had some pretty big ones. You're supposed to put it on 2 or 3 times a day. I was really good about it and they faded. I was surprised it worked. I'm not sure how well it works on old stretch marks. I didn't have the discipline to put it on old spots that often.
