    My pole is an xpole xpert 45mm, and the beams are underneath the ceiling

    Wow if thats whats happening then thats not cool at all!! Fortunatly, xpole has great costomer service give them a call is your best bet….their number ia on xpole.com at the top of the homepage.

    Nope, but when it was et up it was tightened very tight and im having a hard time getting it down!

    I bought the xpole awhile ago and I’ve noticed a big difference in the spinning since ive got it. Has this happened to anyone else? Should i take it down and clean it?
