    Hi Sharon!

    Welcome to the forum. I am new myself so I do not have much to offer. Everyone here is so helpful and nice. I am in northern Minnesota. I have met a few other girls on here from Minnesota as well. Good luck and have fun!

    OK.

    With what Veena said, I get the resting days but…..I teach Spinning 4 days a week and a Step/Resistance class 2 days a week. Two of the days a week I do two-a-days (Monday /Wednesday AM Step, Monday/Wednesday PM Spinning). On those days I am up at 4:15 AM and don’t get home until 7. On Thursdays and Fridays I have Spin class in the AM (up at 4:15 but home around 5). I didn’t mention I also have a regular full-time desk jockey job- M-F 8-4:30. I just can’t figure out when to either get a rest day in or pole….

    Today I sould be poling but I am on the forum……relaxing

    I have had my pole for anout 3 months and I still can’t get my leg up there! I can do a few spins and things but none of the fancy stuff. These ladies on here are INCREDIBLE! I finally accepted the fact that I have no upper body strength.

    Not long, only a few months. I haven’t been practicing the way I want to. But I can do a few basic things. what part of Minnesota are you in? I am north of Duluth (on the Iron Range)…
